Thank you for choosing our jewelry store for your purchases! Below is our shipping policy for customers in Sweden and worldwide:
1. Shipping Locations: We ship our jewelry worldwide. However, please note that there may be additional shipping charges for customers outside of Sweden.
2. Shipping Method: We ship all orders with Postnord.
3. Shipping Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. However, some customized or handmade jewelry may take longer to process. Typically, orders within Sweden will arrive within 2-5 business days, while international orders may take up to 10-14 business days to arrive. Please allow extra processing days during sale events and holiday season. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier and customs.
4. Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount. For all orders, shipping costs will vary based on the weight of the package and destination. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
5. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package's delivery status. Please note that tracking information may not be available for some international destinations.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages: We take great care to ensure that your jewelry is packed and shipped safely. However, if your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund.
7. Cancellations: All orders must be canceled within 5 hours of placement. Otherwise, we are unable to make exceptions once orders begin processing.
8. Returned packages: Please contact us immediately once you notice any errors in your address. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a packaged is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
